Description

Abby Maitland loves fashion, but never has time or money for it. Happiest in jeans and T-shirts, she also hates wearing clothes that are too feminine. Preferring animals to people (most of the time) she left university after only one term and got a job as a zoo keeper before being recruited by Cutter. Abby has a chronic fear of spiders and a tendency to fall in love with the wrong men because she likes them moody and a bit dangerous.

Rex (Coelurosauravus) is a flying reptile from the Permian period about 250 million years ago and is unusually active and intelligent for a cold blood. He immediately bonds with Abby, so that when they try to return him to his time he sneaks back to be with her. Abby decides to keep him, for the most part secretly, in her flat with the central heating on full blast to suit his exotic tastes (there were no ice caps in the Permian). He is the first known vertebrate flyer because he predates the pterosaurs.

Based on characters from the hit TV series Primeval, this set contains a 5"-scale fully poseable action figure of Abby with a miniature Rex and a DoDo with parasite.
